Q1: Is there a plug at the end of the wire?
A: There is not a plug at the end of the 8 feet of included wire, as many customers will have this hard-wired into an outdoor ceiling. It is easy to add a plug if you would prefer to plug it into an outdoor outlet, according to the agent at the fulfillment center that ships this. YRB 4-08-2011
